Round 1: 2 sl into the 1st and 2nd sts of ch46, dc into the ring, repeat 18 times, total 19 dc sts.
dc into next 22 sts, 3dc into 23rd st
dc into next 22 sts and 19 dc into the ring, they should be symmetric.
Round 2: flip over, sl*3 into to 1st, 2nd and 3rd st of 22 dc sts, (ch2, skip 1 st, dc); (ch2, skip 1, dc)*7; total 8 spaces.

In all 9 spaces of round 2, 2 dc into spaces, 1 dc onto dc of round 2, repeat 8 more times, total 9 spaces.
